Electrical Engineering and Process Control Manager

Manager For Process Control & Electrical Engineering
As a Manager for Process Control & Electrical Engineering you will support production activities and facility operations, including process troubleshooting, process improvements, support of multiple projects (including capital projects), and leadership of several projects (including capital projects). Key responsibilities include overseeing a small team (typically 2-4) of process control / electrical engineering professionals, directing and providing direction to contracted draftsperson / drawing specialists, ensuring compliance to EHS procedures, policies, and codes, including those around electrical safety for the facility, identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing solutions, providing leadership in troubleshooting of processes, process control systems, and power distribution, leading projects (including capital) and plans related to continuous improvement to processes, process control systems, and power distribution. The above items will be accomplished through delegation to the team or through direct involvement.
