Job Description

• Support project management teams from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and project documentation
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, architects, and ownership teams
• Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking
• Monitor project progress and help resolve field coordination issues
• Maintain accurate project records and reporting
• Support procurement and buyout activities
• Assist in ensuring quality control and safety compliance standards are met

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Experience with a general contractor
• Multifamily, podium, mixed-use, or commercial construction experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced project environment
