This is your chance to work with a dedicated team in a state-of-the-art environment, with an immediate start and a commitment to your professional growth.Quick FactsLocation: 2600 Greenwood Road, Shreveport, LA 71103Start Date: 10/05/2026End Date: 01/02/2027Shift: 10-Hour Days (0630-1500 OR 1045-1915)Hours/Week: 40 hours/week (flexible)Employment Type: ContractLicense/Certifications: Valid RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CSFA or CSA certification (preferred)Experience: Minimum of 2 years OR experience in acute carePay & BenefitsPay package discussed upon applicationWeekly pay via direct depositCompetitive pay rates ($50.92/hr)Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2 format)Robust referral bonus programPaid sick time in accordance with applicable lawsLicensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicableWhat You'll DoProvide specialized perioperative nursing care within the OR during various surgical procedures, including robotic, neuro-spine, bariatric, transplant, urology, and cardio/thoracic surgeries.Circulate and scrub (if certified), ensuring the smooth flow of surgical cases.Assist with case setup, sterile techniques, and patient positioning.Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures, adhering to safety protocols.Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, techs, and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care.Follow hospital policies, documentation procedures, and infection control standards.Pass an EKG competency exam prior to start and work scheduled call shifts as required.What You NeedValid RN license in Louisiana or ability to transfer.Minimum of 2 years OR experience with robotic surgeries (Da Vinci), neuro-spine, or transplant cases preferred.BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications.CSFA or CSA certification highly preferred; if RN FA, ACLS required.Skilled in sterile techniques, patient positioning, and perioperative protocols.Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekend and holiday rotations.Strong teamwork, communication, and critical thinking skills.About the AssignmentJoin a multidisciplinary surgical team in a well-respected hospital in Shreveport, LA.
