Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient - 5x8 Days

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist licensed in or pursuing licensure in Tennessee to work in the Outpatient specialty. This is a 5‑hour per day contract position requiring 5×8 days. The role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the organization’s vision, values, mission, and critical goals into daily performance. Responsibilities Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients. Integrate organizational values into patient care and practice. Qualifications Minimum 1 year recent experience as a Physical Therapist specializing in outpatient settings. Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee.
