We are a private specialty practice focused on providing comprehensive care in Rheumatology, Allergy, and Immunology . Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals with chronic, complex, and immune-related conditions. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Medical Practice Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth coordination between patients, providers, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Administrative Accounting - QuickBooks
• Verify and reconcile payables, Record Receivables ( attention to detail required )
• EMR and QB Reporting, Human Resources, Oversee daily operations, Payroll, Bank reconciliation
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and specialty-specific regulations
• Administrative Duties, Maintain office budgets, supplies, and vendor relationships
• Serve as a liaison between providers, staff, patients, and external partners
• Identify and implement workflow improvements to enhance efficiency

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Medical Practice Management (Required)
• 3+ years QuickBooks Experience (Required)
• Familiarity with rheumatology, allergy, or immunology workflows, referrals, and insurance requirements, a plus.
• Strong understanding of EHR/EMR systems and medical office software
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
