About the Opportunity / A Day in the Life This is a full-scope urology position inside an independently owned private practice with strong, established patient volume and a clear path to partnership. You'll see a broad case mix, including lower urinary tract dysfunction, prostate conditions, male reproductive health, kidney and bladder disorders, and oncologic urology, with surgical access and the procedural breadth that keeps the work clinically interesting. Why This Role Stands Out Partnership track in an independently owned practice: real ownership upside, not just a title Strong, established patient flow built into the role from day one; no cold-start panel building APP-assisted call structure that keeps after-hours burden low and your schedule predictable Integrated with a respected oncology network for meaningful referrals and multidisciplinary collaboration without the complexity of a hospital-employed model Total comp exceeding $500K tied to productivity and collections; high earners are rewarded directly Monday-Friday schedule with a defined end time; a practice that respects physician lifestyle Job Duties & Responsibilities Examine, diagnose, and treat disorders of the genitourinary system in male and female patients Evaluate and document patient medical histories to guide individualized treatment planning Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging studies including X-ray, fluoroscopy, and urologic instrumentation Perform abdominal, pelvic, and retroperitoneal surgical procedures as indicated Diagnose and manage lower urinary tract dysfunction, voiding disorders, and related conditions Diagnose and treat male reproductive health conditions including erectile dysfunction, infertility, and ejaculation disorders Prescribe and administer appropriate medications, antibiotics, antiseptics, and other urologic treatments Manage prostate conditions and external genitourinary disorders across a diverse patient population Provide urology consultations and coordinate referrals when specialized or subspecialty care is needed Collaborate with nursing staff, APPs, and referring providers to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care Maintain current knowledge of evolving urologic technologies, surgical techniques, and treatment protocols Required Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical institution Completion of an accredited Urology residency program Board certified or board eligible in Urology Active Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure DEA registration or eligibility Ability to obtain hospital/surgical privileges as applicable Strong clinical judgment with expertise in both outpatient and surgical urologic care Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient engagement skills Preferred Qualifications Fellowship training in a urologic subspecialty (oncology, female pelvic medicine, endourology, or related) Established surgical volume and comfort with a broad procedural case mix Experience in or comfort with a private practice or high-volume outpatient setting Apply For Consideration If this opportunity fits where you are or where you want to be, we'd like to hear from you.
