Technical Lead, Cleanroom Certification
Eurofins Agroscience Services North Carolina
Eurofins seeks an experienced cleanroom certifier to lead technical certification work while developing into a managerial role. This hands-on position involves certifying controlled environments and biosafety equipment, managing instrumentation, and mentoring technical staff in Lancaster, PA.
Responsibilities
- Certify and requalify cleanrooms, controlled environments, biosafety cabinets, and fume hoods
- Author and sign certification reports; investigate and troubleshoot failed test results
- Maintain instrument set calibration and traceability standards
- Contribute to development and refinement of test methods and service line procedures
- Mentor and train technical staff in certification protocols and best practices
Requirements
- Current valid certification credential (RCP-CT, RCP-SCF, NEBB, or AABC) or 2+ years hands-on cleanroom certification experience
- Working knowledge of ISO 14644 and NSF/ANSI 49 standards
- Meticulous documentation practices and independent sound judgment
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record; ability to lift equipment and work at heights
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or related degree preferred but not required
- Familiarity with USP <797> and <800> , cGMP, or pharmacy regulations a strong advantage
