[Responsibilities]

- Accurately pick, pack, and process outbound customer orders using computer systems
- Receive, sort, and organize inbound materials, maintaining inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill same-day shipping requirements
- Engage in 5S activities: sweeping, cleaning, and organizing warehouse spaces
- Restock picking locations and conduct cycle counts to ensure inventory integrity
- Demonstrate initiative by assisting teammates and adapting to daily warehouse needs

[Required Skills and Experience]

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years hands-on warehouse experience
- Proficient in basic math, reading, and computer use
- Strong problem-solving skills and reliability in a team setting
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

[Preferred Skills]

- Forklift operator's license
- Familiarity with computerized packing and inventory systems
- Experience proactively supporting warehouse operations and continuous improvement initiatives
