Title Analyst Location Deerfield IL 60015 Pay 20-25 per hour 12 month contract The Client Analyst serves as an integral member of a centralized Client Service Team, providing administrative, operational, and client service support to Advisor teams and clients. This role coordinates client onboarding, account processing, tax season activities, data management, and internal operational requests while maintaining a high level of accuracy, organization, and client service. Key Responsibilities: Support the onboarding of new clients by coordinating required documentation, maintaining accurate client data, and managing contracting processes. Assist Advisor teams with scheduling and coordinating client meetings and related communications. Prepare, submit, and track new investment account applications through the funding process. Maintain accurate client and account information across internal systems and databases. Support tax season activities, including organizing tax information, gathering and tracking client consents, finalizing tax returns, coordinating estimated tax payments, and facilitating electronic filing. Collaborate with internal departments to complete investment and operational requests. Support account-related activities, including requests involving Special Investments and Private Equity. Assist with tracking, monitoring, and reporting Quality Control metrics. Communicate effectively with Advisor teams, clients, and internal business partners to ensure timely completion of requests. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive financial and client information. Identify issues, follow up on outstanding items, and help ensure processes are completed within established deadlines. Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. 2-5 years of professional experience in a corporate or professional services environment. Financial services or investment industry experience preferred but not required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain composed under pressure. Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
