- Location: Knoxville, TN (Papermill Drive)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (In-office)
- Bonus: Rotating on-call

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be at the center of it all—helping build an amazing caregiving team while keeping the office running smoothly:
- Find and hire awesome caregivers
- Partner with leadership to keep staffing strong
- Help answer phones and support caregivers, clients, and applicants
- Guide new hires from interview to onboarding
- Keep everything organized and compliant
- Lead orientations and create a great first impression
- Jump in wherever needed to support the team
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of recruiting experience (healthcare is a plus!)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, in-office environment
- Friendly, confident communicator
- Organized and great at multitasking
- Team player with a “let’s make it happen” attitude
