Intern - IT Operations

Labcorp

Labcorp seeks an IT Operations intern for its Indianapolis location to support a laboratory IT audit related to a facility relocation project. This 12-week paid internship runs May–August 2027 and offers hands-on experience in laboratory systems deployment and IT operations.

Responsibilities

Assist with the CLS Full Lab IT Audit supporting the Indianapolis Lab relocation project
Support IT Operations Instrument Configuration team on laboratory systems deployment
Participate in coordination across Cybersecurity, Networking, and Architecture teams

Requirements

Currently enrolled in Bachelor's degree program in Information Technology, Business, or Life Science
Interest in chemistry, biology, or related laboratory sciences
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow laboratory procedures
Willingness to learn new laboratory skills and scientific concepts
Ability to work independently with general supervision and show initiative
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation: Paid internship; relocation assistance available for qualified candidates
