Job Title: RN Labor and Delivery Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN/Fetal Heart Monitoring Must-Have: - BLS - ACLS - NRP - AWHONN/Fetal Heart Monitoring Description: Responsibilities include providing care to women during labor and delivery. Monitor fetal heart rates and assess labor progress. Assist in the delivery of infants and provide initial care. Collaborate with healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients and families about the labor and delivery process. Ensure a safe and supportive environment for mothers and newborns. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to protocols. Stay updated on best practices and evidence-based care in labor and delivery. Participate in continuing education and professional development.
