The University Area Community Development Corporation is seeking a Program Manager for the STEPS for Success program in Tampa, Florida. This role involves overseeing staff and operations, ensuring quality service delivery, and maintaining compliance with funder requirements. The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS in Social Services or a related field, along with at least 2 years of project management experience.
