About the Role: CBRE is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to support a client globally recognized in digital innovation and creative technology. This Facilities Supervisor role is based onsite in New York, NY, supporting a dynamic, fast-paced corporate environment across two facilities within a 7-site East Region portfolio. In this role, success is defined by your ability to foster strong relationships, elevate workplace morale, and lead with values aligned to a world-class culture. You’ll play a key role in vendor oversight, preventative maintenance coordination, and day‑to‑day operations, while maintaining a strong focus on people, service, and operational excellence. What You’ll Do: Coordinate and oversee daily facility operations across two sites, ensuring a seamless workplace experience. Serve as the key point of contact for vendors, contractors, and stakeholders, managing relationships and escalations effectively. Lead vendor management efforts, including performance tracking, cost evaluation, and service quality improvement. Support and monitor preventative maintenance programs to ensure operational reliability and minimize disruptions. Review work order data and develop reports to identify trends and drive operational efficiency. Assist with budgeting responsibilities, including tracking facility expenses and identifying cost‑saving opportunities. Utilize systems such as Excel and SI7 to manage reporting, scheduling, and performance tracking. Champion a positive workplace culture by leading with strong values, promoting team engagement, and enhancing overall morale. What You’ll Need: High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of facilities, operations, or related experience. Strong vendor management experience, with the ability to evaluate performance and build effective partnerships. Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs and facility operations best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, for reporting and data analysis. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and convey complex information clearly. Organized and detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving and analytical capabilities. The minimum salary for the Facilities Supervisor position is $82,000 annually [or $39.43 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Facilities Supervisor position is $87,000 annually [or $41.83 per hour]. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience.
