Reports To: Director of Marketing

Job Summary:

The Client Marketing Manager serves as a strategic and day-to-day marketing lead across assigned Anonym client accounts. This role develops marketing plans and integrated campaign strategies that support client business objectives, translating strategy into coordinated briefs, timelines, channel plans, and measurable goals.

The Client Marketing Manager works closely with Anonym's Creative, Social Media, Web, Performance Marketing, Account Management, and other internal and external partners to ensure marketing initiatives are strategically sound, executed effectively, and measured against defined objectives.

Depending on assigned accounts, the role may also provide hands-on marketing execution across email, website, social media, content, advertising coordination, reputation management, events, partnerships, influencer programs, and on-site activations.

Essential Functions

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Planning

• Develop quarterly marketing plans for assigned client accounts based on business objectives, audiences, priorities, and performance goals.
• Develop integrated campaigns and promotional strategies, including positioning, messaging, offers, channel strategy, rollout plans, and measurement.
• Translate strategy into clear briefs and direction for Creative, Social Media, Web, Performance Marketing, PR, and other supporting teams.
• Partner with the Director of Marketing on strategy, budgets, priorities, performance, and growth opportunities.

Marketing Management & Execution

• Own integrated marketing calendars and coordinate execution across relevant channels, including email, social media, web, content, paid media, PR, events, and partnerships.
• Manage or oversee day-to-day marketing activities for assigned accounts, ensuring initiatives remain on-brand, accurate, and on schedule.
• Coordinate internal teams, external specialists, and client stakeholders to maintain alignment and move initiatives from planning through launch.
• Monitor marketing performance and translate results into recommendations, optimizations, and next steps.

Digital Marketing & Performance

• Provide strategic direction to specialists supporting paid media, SEO, website performance, analytics, and other digital acquisition channels.
• Ensure specialists have the goals, audiences, budgets, creative, messaging, landing pages, tracking, and other resources required for campaign execution.
• Review channel performance and work with specialists to identify and implement optimizations.
• Ensure appropriate tracking, attribution, conversion events, and reporting are in place.

Content & Production

• Plan and coordinate photo, video, social content, and other creative productions for assigned accounts.
• Support on-site content capture, events, activations, and other client marketing initiatives as needed.
• Coordinate production logistics, including concepts, shot lists, talent, schedules, locations, and client readiness.
• Collaborate with Creative and production partners to ensure assets support campaign objectives and brand standards.

Influencer, Creator & Partnership Marketing

• Manage influencer, creator, and marketing partnership programs for assigned accounts as needed.
• Identify and evaluate potential partners based on audience, brand alignment, content quality, and expected value.
• Coordinate relationships, agreements, activations, deliverables, approvals, and content usage.
• Track program performance and identify opportunities to leverage partner and creator content across marketing channels.

The Client Marketing Manager is responsible for protecting each brand's distinct identity, maintaining an elevated and consistent visual presence, and ensuring cohesive storytelling across all marketing channels. All communications should reflect Fit's commitment to luxury wellness and performance while showcasing Plunge's focus on aquatics, recreation, and memorable community experiences.

Knowledge, Skill, and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 4-6 years of progressive marketing experience, including ownership of integrated campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, content strategy, and cross-functional execution.
• Proven ability to coordinate photoshoots and creative projects involving multiple departments
• Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to brand detail
• Experience with luxury, lifestyle, or wellness brands preferred
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo or Mailchimp)
