Continue to lead with safety in every task and help hold the team accountable. Problem Solve in Real Time – Notice when something's off—like a blend that's too dry or a screener that's slowing down—and respond quickly. Be a Team Player – Work closely with other operators, loaders, and supervisors to keep material moving and quality high.
