Join us in this mission to inspire excellence and facilitate breakthroughs that truly matter.What You Will AchieveIn this role, you will:Lead or co-lead moderately complex projects, effectively managing time and resourcesApply program management discipline and business acumen to contribute to departmental and site goals.Resolve moderately complex problems and develop new options, guided by policies in non-standard situationsOperate independently in ambiguous situations and determine objectives of assignmentsReview your own work and seek directional review from others, potentially reviewing colleagues' work in a mentor roleOversee operational aspects of ongoing improvement projects, acting as a liaison between Project Team and Line ManagementSupport programs by reviewing project status, budgets, schedules, and preparing comprehensive status reportsIdentify project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goalsGuide operational teams in managing projects, forecasting resource requirements, and identifying areas for improvement in products, processes, or servicesHere Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)BA/BS with at least 4 years of experience or MBA/MS with at least 2 years of experience or PhD/JD with any years of experience or associate's degree with at least 8 years of experience or high School Diploma (or Equivalent) with at least 10 years of relevant experienceDemonstrated experience in commercial/customer-facing roles across the businessExperience in leading and coordinating assigned technical transfer projects and work packages.Knowledge of the workings of pharmaceutical manufacturing and associated processesExperience in developing, maintaining, and proactively managing integrated project schedules and monitoring project milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.Experience in cross-functional team meeting management and driving accountability for deliverables.Experience working in Pharmaceutical Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) environmentFamiliarity with Pharmaceutical Sciences infrastructureProactive and has a creative entrepreneurial attitude with evidence of ability to execute key projectsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency with computer and software applicationsBonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)Master's degree with specific experience in managing pharmaceutical, technical, or medical device projects and clinical programsMinimum 3 years of hands-on project management experience preferably in a regulated manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment with demonstrated experience in project management and cross-functional leadership.Knowledge and certification in project management methodologiesStrong leadership and team management skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environmentAbility to adapt to changes in business strategies and operational imperativesAbility to mentor and guide junior colleaguesProficiency with project management platforms and tools (e.g., MS Project, Planner).Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 12.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
