Senior Client Advisor

Summary Provide exceptional, personalized client service on the sales floor to exceed individual and team targets. Act as a consistent high performer who develops long‑term client relationships through expert product knowledge and proactive clienteling. Support store objectives through collaboration, visual standards, and maintaining an organized sales environment. Responsibilities Consistently achieve individual and team sales objectives and support colleagues in reaching targets Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting, listening, advising, and exceeding client expectations Use product knowledge to cross‑sell and upsell across categories Develop and grow a client book, maintaining client records in company tools Demonstrate sales leadership and advanced clienteling using available tools to recruit and retain clients Participate in visual merchandising and maintain product presentation front and back of house Support inventory management and perform ad hoc back‑of‑house tasks Assist management with mentoring and onboarding new team members Requirements Proven track record of driving and exceeding personal sales goals Experience in a similar role, preferably with leather goods and/or ready‑to‑wear Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture with effective communication skills Ability to adapt and connect with diverse clients and situations to build lasting relationships Collaborative team player who shares knowledge and coaches others Commercially driven while maintaining high service and grooming standards #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
