About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Philanthropic Associate in Wealth and Investment Management as part of Banking, Lending and Trust. In this role, you will:Proactively support Sr. Philanthropic Advisor(s) in the day-to-day management of accounts, including: Money movement, overdrafts, routine account maintenance, onboarding submissions for additional accounts for existing clients, account closing and fee discontinuation submissions, prepare, send and track receipt of routine forms and information requests, monitor accounts for sufficient liquidity for upcoming fees, taxes and distributions and, if needed, contact the Portfolio Manager to raise cashDemonstrate responsiveness, accuracy, clarity and professionalism when communicating with internal and external partiesWork with a sense of urgency, take ownership over assigned tasks and provide frequent status updates, as appropriateDemonstrate a high level of organization, including time and priority management skillsUnderstand and efficiently execute all processes, procedures, regulatory requirements and risk mitigation activitiesInterface with all firm-based systems used by Trust ServicesUnderstand and adhere to Wells Fargo policies and procedures, including complaint management, issue management and escalation policiesPartner with the Middle Office, WIM Operations and CRG Partners on KYC updates, maintenance and completionPartner with colleagues, internal partners and stakeholders to foster a sense of trust and reliabilitySupport Sr. Philanthropic Advisor(s) in partnering and collaborating with other members of the relationship team to ensure a coordinated client experienceAssist Sr. Philanthropic Advisor(s) in preparing materials to deliver “trust acumen’ education to internal partnersProactively communicate with colleagues and internal partners regarding items impacting client accountsServe as a technical resource for the teamProactively seek out and engage with both formal and informal mentors, and serve as a mentor to junior members of the teamRequired Qualifications:2+ years of administrative or sales support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Knowledge and understanding of philanthropic conceptsKnowledge and understanding of fiduciary law and federal regulationsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to interact with all levels of an organizationJob ExpectationsThis position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.Job Posting:100 N 18th Street, Philadelphia, PAPosting End Date: 16 Aug 2026*Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.We Value Equal OpportunityWells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
