HVAC Smart Building Account Executive

Salary: USD68000 - USD105000 per annum An established HVAC and building automation provider is recruiting an Account Executive to develop construction-sector sales and grow existing accounts. You will sell building automation systems (BAS) to mechanical contractors, consulting engineers and designers, managing opportunities from qualification through to project closeout. The role combines technical sales, account development and new business generation, with a focus on profitable project orders. Working alongside operations teams, you will support customer handovers and develop ongoing relationships through renewable service agreements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or a related field. 2–3+ years’ experience selling building automation systems or related construction technologies. Understanding of building automation applications, construction workflows and project sales cycles. Ability to develop customer accounts, influence decision-makers and manage multiple sales opportunities. Package $68,000–$105,000 salary, dependent on experience, plus a sales incentive plan linked to sales volume and margin. 15 days’ vacation in year one, plus paid holidays and sick time. 401(k), medical, dental and vision benefits available from day one.
