We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for flexible per diem opportunities at skilled nursing and long-term care facilities throughout Colorado Springs and surrounding areas .

Whether you're looking to pick up extra hours, increase your income, or build a schedule around your lifestyle , we have shifts available NOW .

SHIFTS AVAILABLE

Day Shifts
8-, 10-, & 12-Hour Shifts
Weekday & Weekend Opportunities
Flexible Per Diem Scheduling

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the RN or provider
Perform nursing assessments and document findings
Provide wound care and other skilled nursing interventions
Supervise and support CNAs
Promote resident safety, comfort, and dignity
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care

REQUIREMENTS

Active Colorado LPN License required
Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience
Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care experience preferred
Current BLS/CPR Certification
Recent TB Test
Ability to successfully pass required background screening
Additional facility-specific requirements may apply
