Role Description The Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in State College, PA. This position is responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies that support business development and reinforce Poole Anderson’s brand in the construction industry. Day-to-day tasks include managing marketing campaigns, creating content for digital and print channels, coordinating social media and website updates, and supporting proposal development and project case studies. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with leadership and project teams to gather project information, develop marketing materials, and ensure consistent messaging across all communications. Additional responsibilities include tracking marketing performance, maintaining the marketing calendar, coordinating events and sponsorships, and working with external vendors as needed. Qualifications Strategic marketing skills, including experience in developing and implementing marketing plans, brand positioning, and campaign management. Digital marketing capabilities such as social media management, website content maintenance, email marketing, and basic analytics tracking. Strong writing and editing skills for proposals, case studies, press releases, and other client-facing and internal communications. Experience with visual communications, including working with designers, managing creative assets, and ensuring brand consistency across materials. Project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, coordinate multiple initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proficiency with common marketing and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, presentation tools; familiarity with CRM or marketing platforms is beneficial). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with leadership, field staff, and external partners. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
