Full-Stack Golang Engineer Onsite - Austin, TX Series B Startup $180,000 base salary About the Role We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with deep Go experience to join our core engineering team onsite in Austin. You'll help scale our backend services and build clean, responsive frontend interfaces. This is a high-ownership role at a fast-moving Series B company - if you like solving complex technical challenges and working close to product, we want to talk. What You'll Do Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services in Golang Develop clean, user-focused UIs (React or similar) Work across the full stack to ship features end to end Optimize system performance, reliability, and architecture as we scale Collaborate daily with product, design, and other engineers Mentor junior developers and help shape engineering best practices What We're Looking For 5+ years of professional Go experience (this is mandatory) Strong full-stack capabilities - backend-first but comfortable with modern frontend frameworks Solid understanding of databases (Postgres, MySQL), APIs, and system architecture Experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment Willingness to work onsite full-time in Austin, TX Nice to Have Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or microservices Prior work in B2B SaaS or infrastructure tools Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Compensation Base salary: $180,000 Equity offered Full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k) This is not a remote role.
