Service Advisor: Drive Repairs & Customer Experience
JX Truck Center
JX Enterprises, Inc. in Mokena, IL is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service and coordinate repair work for our truck center. You will schedule repair orders, document repairs with photos, and communicate with customers and insurers to obtain authorization. The role requires a high school diploma, 3 years of automotive repair facility or heavy-duty truck experience, and solid computer skills.
