Textile Designer

We are looking for a Textile Designer to support the development of original prints, patterns, and graphics across kids apparel. This person will partner with cross‑functional teams to create design concepts that are both brand‑right and production‑ready. The right candidate has a strong eye for color, print, and trend, along with hands‑on experience building artwork for manufacturing. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast‑moving environment and wants to contribute across multiple categories within childrenswear. About the Role Responsibilities Develop original textile prints and graphic artwork for kids product categories Translate concepts into repeat patterns and clean production‑ready files Prepare layouts, scale adjustments, and color callouts for development and production Maintain accuracy in artwork setup, separations, and file organization Partner with internal teams and overseas production partners throughout development Support review and approval of strike‑offs and related print submissions Help maintain print libraries, color references, and design archives Contribute ideas that help reduce duplicate print direction across categories or brands Qualifications 5+ years of experience in textile or graphic design, ideally within kids apparel Strong background in print, pattern, fabric, and color development Experience creating artwork for manufacturing and production execution Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; additional Adobe tools a plus Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at once Comfortable working in a team‑oriented, deadline‑driven environment Experience collaborating with overseas teams is a plus Required Skills Experience in childrenswear, baby, toddler, or related apparel categories Portfolio that demonstrates strong print design, repeats, and graphic versatility Ability to balance creativity with technical accuracy Preferred Skills Experience in childrenswear, baby, toddler, or related apparel categories Portfolio that demonstrates strong print design, repeats, and graphic versatility Ability to balance creativity with technical accuracy #J-18808-Ljbffr
