Your Responsibilities

• Identify prospective healthcare candidates through our advanced platform and your personal network
• Reach out to potential candidates to introduce MLR's opportunities and assess their interest
• Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruitment specialists for thorough evaluations
• Follow up with leads to sustain interest and assist throughout the hiring process
• Keep accurate records within our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on meetings arranged, interviews conducted, and successful placements from your leads

Compensation Structure
