We are currently seeking three dedicated Social Workers to join our team as ACT Clinicians in Bethel, AK. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals in need of outpatient mental health services.

Key Responsibilities:\n

• Provide community-based mental health services to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness
\n
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individual treatment plans
\n
• Deliver evidence-based interventions and therapeutic services
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
\n
• Advocate for clients and support their recovery goals
\n

Qualifications:\n

\n
• Master's degree in Social Work or related field
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or ability to obtain licensure in Alaska
\n
• Experience working with individuals with severe mental illness preferred
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\n
