Crusher Operator – Manage Mobile Aggregates Plant Production and Mechanical Workflows Job Overview Company: Pelino Excavation Salary/Pay Rate: $35 to $45+ per hour (Based on experience) plus Performance Based Bonus. The Opportunity You will take complete ownership of high-capacity material processing systems, driving the production of core aggregate assets for commercial civil infrastructure. This specialized role empowers you to optimize plant throughput while spearheading the maintenance of advanced mechanical and electrical equipment configurations. You will operate autonomously within a highly structured team that rewards deep technical specialization and exceptional safety leadership. How You Will Make an Impact Configure, monitor, and regulate daily processing activities across modern jaw and cone crushing systems. Direct complex material flows by managing material conveying tracking, belt screening, and structural feed alignments. Troubleshoot electrical control deviations and structural system components rapidly to sustain continuous plant uptime (minimal at this time). Enforce rigorous workplace safety practices in perfect compliance with established federal mining and safety regulations. Execute routine mechanical inspections and component replacements to optimize overall system output and lifespan. Optimize structural rock sizing outputs to match specific engineering and commercial structural specifications. Required Qualifications & Experience Active, verifiable Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) certification. Deep technical background covering all operational facets of industrial jaw crushers and cone crushers. Proven experience managing heavy-duty aggregate conveying systems and material processing infrastructure. Basic working knowledge of industrial electrical components and system troubleshooting procedures. Willingness to travel up to 20% of schedule hours to regional commercial operations. Preferred Qualifications & Experience 5+ years of dedicated processing or crushing plant operations experience within civil heavy construction. Advanced diagnostic capabilities for three-phase electrical systems and electronic plant controls. Experience coordinating material processing workflows independently under tight production deadlines.
