Civil Litigation Attorney – Insurance Defense
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Job Type: Full-Time, In-Person
Salary: $90,000–$120,000/year
We are seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney with at least 5 years of litigation experience to handle insurance defense and general civil litigation matters. Property and casualty insurance claims experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle motion practice and legal research.
Take and defend depositions and Examinations Under Oath (EUOs).
Represent clients in court appearances.
Conduct insurance coverage analysis.
Manage litigation matters and communicate with clients.
Requirements:
Active Ohio Bar license.
5+ years of litigation experience.
Property and casualty insurance claims experience preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
