Technical Accounting Manager

Job Description Insight Global is seeking an experienced Technical Accounting Manager to support equity accounting, SEC reporting, proxy disclosures, and related audit and compliance activities. This individual will play a critical role during quarter-end close and reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of all equity-related financial reporting requirements. This position requires strong expertise in ASC 718, hands-on equity accounting experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced public company environment. Strong knowledge of ASC 718 (Stock Compensation Accounting). Hands-on experience with EQUITY accounting in a public company environment. Experience supporting SEC reporting and financial statement disclosures. Strong understanding of SOX compliance, internal controls, and audit processes. Exceptional attention to detail and documentation skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision after onboarding. Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. - Previous external audit experience. Big 4 public accounting experience strongly preferred.
