Location: Tyler, TX

Pay: $26–$30/hr (DOE) | Weekly Pay | Full Benefits

What You’ll Be Doing

• Install commercial HVAC systems (new construction and retrofits)
• Work with project managers and GCs to ensure jobs are completed on time and within scope
• Train and mentor junior techs and apprentices
• Perform code-compliant work that meets high-quality standards
• Maintain accurate job records (materials, time, progress)
• Travel occasionally to job sites across East Texas and surrounding areas
• Prioritize safety and teamwork on every project

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on commercial HVAC installation experience with ductwork and units
• Pipefitting and brazing experience is required
• Sheet metal & commercial unit installation experience
• Ability to read blueprints, plans, and technical documents
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
• EPA certification & VRF experience are a plus (but not required)
• Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean record
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and pride in your craft
