Collaborating Physician

Job Description Looking for a flexible role, to set your own schedule, and the chance to earn more as a collaborating physician? /n Physician collabs earn a monthly stipend based on the number of Signify Health-contracted nurse practitioners and/or physician assistants they oversee. /n You must be licensed in and living in Georgia in order to qualify. /n Interested in in-home visits as well? /n Our clinicians provide personalized In-Home Health Evaluations to health plan members. These visits include a medication and medical history review, as well as a physical evaluation performed in a health plan member's home. You will be provided a pre-populated, patient-specific form for each evaluation and do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter people's current treatment regimen. /n /n- Flexible schedule based on your preferences and availability/n- Additional compensation opportunities via our pay-per-test model (for visits where the health plan member qualifies to receive additional diagnostic and preventive tests)/n- Malpractice coverage during Signify Health-related assignments/n /n Making a Difference - what physicians say about working with Signify Health /n /n- "Many of the people I see are shocked a physician is coming to their home to visit with them one-on-one.
