Roughly 60% of your time involves facilitating one-hour workshops focused on life skills: public speaking, concentration, and constructive feedback exchange. Another 30% is spent in individual or small-group sessions where you use Coachbot analytics to track student progress and drive each one toward their weekly application targets. The remaining 10% is dedicated to analyzing performance data and translating it into the next week's coaching strategy. You will not follow rigid scripts; workshops provide a foundation that the strongest performers customize and expand when they identify unmet needs. A successful semester means at least 90% of your cohort achieves weekly app targets, demonstrates quantifiable improvement in life skills via Test2Pass, and rates their experience with you at 4 out of 5 or higher. Falling short on any one of these three metrics means the role's core objectives have not been met. Once you establish your ability to maintain these standards, advancement opportunities open to Lead Guide—where you mentor newer Guides while continuing to manage a cohort—and eventually to Campus Lead, overseeing an entire school and managing parent engagement.
