Role Overview A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in pediatric home health provides focused, one-on-one care to pediatric patients in their homes. Key Responsibilities Support children with skilled nursing needs, collaborate closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership, follow detailed care plans, and ensure safety and compliance with CDC guidelines. Qualifications & Skills Valid Pennsylvania LPN or multistate license, TB test, BLS CPR certification, valid driver's license, and experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, or vent care.
