What You’ll Do As a Tax Supervisor , you’ll step into a leadership role where your work truly matters: Review individual, corporate, partnership, and other income tax returns. Supervise, train, and mentor team members while fostering collaboration and growth. Conduct tax research and prepare memoranda and recommendations. Gain insight into clients’ businesses and help them identify opportunities for improvement. Proactively engage with clients – gathering information, solving challenges, and providing trusted advice. What We’re Looking For 4-7 years of tax experience Active CPA license Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills A dedication to superior client service and the highest professional standards Why WP+D?
