Phlebotomist ILocation: Issaquah, WADuration: 3+ Months (Possibility of Extension)Shift: Mon – Fri, 07:30 AM – 04:30 PM PST.Pay Rate: $22.90 – $28.30/hr. on W2.Job DescriptionThe Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) serves as the face of the company for patients seeking healthcare services, either for routine care or critical health decisions.The PSR I is responsible for drawing high-quality blood samples and preparing specimens for lab testing, following established practices and procedures.This position involves direct patient interaction, where the PSR I ensure a trusting and confident environment by clearly explaining procedures and performing blood draws in a safe, accurate, and skillful manner.The PSR I is expected to demonstrate leadership behaviors, focusing on process excellence, confidentiality, and precision in patient information.Required EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent is required.Medical assistant or paramedic training is preferred.Phlebotomy certification is preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington).Work ExperienceA minimum of 6 months of experience is required.One year or more of phlebotomy experience is preferred.Experience in customer service within a retail or service environment is preferred.Keyboard/data entry experience is essential.
