Join us and make a difference in the world of medical management! ##Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department Perform full-cycle accounting duties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll Prepare and analyze financial statements, general ledger entries, and reconciliations Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and reporting requirements Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or errors Provide support during audits and assist with the implementation of internal controls Stay updated on technical accounting standards and best practices ##Requirements: Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role Strong knowledge of corporate accounting principles and procedures Proficiency in using accounting software, QuickBooks Familiarity with tax regulations and reporting requirements Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
