At Chick-fil-A Rivers Avenue, the Operations Manager role is more than just a job, it's an opportunity. We are seeking full-time candidates who have excellent people skills and a sense of urgency to lead the business and people. In addition to daily operational duties, each of our Operations Managers takes on specific projects or programs that they oversee and develop in support of our team as a whole. Our Operations Managers serve as the leader on duty and run most store shifts.
