The Arlington of Naples is recruiting for a hospitality focused Housekeeping Associate to join our team! This position is responsible for performing housekeeping and laundry functions throughout the community. Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Housekeeper: POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for performing housekeeping and laundry functions in order to maintain an attractive, clean and comfortable environment to meet the needs of residents.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Perform weekly cleaning functions as directed by supervisor.
2. Remove soiled bed and bath linens and replace with fresh linens (where applicable).
3. Clean phones, bathrooms and kitchen areas. 4. Clean outside of refrigerator, dusts furniture and lamps.

1. Check for cobwebs and remove.
2. Clean woodwork as needed.
3. Vacuum carpets and sweep as needed.
4. Perform 30-60 day cleaning (where applicable).
5. Defrost refrigerator.
6. Vacuum under beds.
7. Turn mattresses (where applicable).
8. Biannually wash windows inside and out.
9. Vacuum and dust hallways.
10. Clean fingerprints from windows, doors, mirrors and fixtures as needed.
11. Clean common areas as needed.
12. Clean resident rooms, bathrooms as scheduled.
13. Complete maintenance slips and submit.
14. Mop stairways as required (where applicable).
15. Clean trash area.
16. Polish and clean trash / linen chutes (where applicable).
17. Launder all linens (where applicable).
18. Accomplish all work in the order of priority set by supervisor.
19. Maintain all equipment and supplies in proper order.
