About the Position
TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Psych RN in Fort Wayne, Indiana, 46805!
Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Psychiatric Services Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-hour Days Hours per Shift: 7 am - 7 pm Experience: 2 years of psychiatric nursing experience required; 2 years of travel nursing experience preferred License: Indiana RN License required Certifications: BLS (AHA), NVCI or CPI Must-Have: - 2 years of psychiatric RN experience - 2 years of travel RN experience preferred - BLS certification - Indiana RN License - NVCI or CPI certification at time of submission Description: Independently plans and provides excellent professional nursing care for patients in accordance with physician orders. Follows established hospital and departmental policies and procedures. Adheres to American Nurses Association Standards of Clinical Practice. Complies with the Indiana Nurse Practice Act and the ANA Code of Ethics. Experience with youth and geriatric populations is strongly preferred. Experience with computerized charting systems is required. Potential to float to other units may be necessary. Nurse-to-patient ratios are 1:10 during the day and up to 1:19 at night. Mandatory weekend shifts are expected. Dress code includes Caribbean Blue scrubs. The orientation is mandatory and requires attendance for all designated days. About Cynet Health
