Physical Therapist (PT)We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) for various locations in York, PA. This is a full-time opportunity within a busy skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers and rehabilitation centers in York, PA offering a supportive environment focused on helping patients achieve their highest level of function and independence.This is a Full Time, permanent position.5 days/40 hours a week with rotating weekendsPay: $44-52/hr depending on experienceResponsibilities:Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations, treatments, and care plans for residents in accordance with physician orders and state practice regulations.Deliver direct patient care to promote mobility, strength, endurance, and overall physical well-being.Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality and individualized patient outcomes.Supervise and guide physical therapy assistants and aides as needed.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all therapy services and patient progress.Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.Current Pennsylvania PT license.Strong clinical skills with a focus on quality care and patient outcomes.Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred, but not required.
