What Youll Do:

• Respond quickly to online leads using video, text, email, and phone
• Create short, engaging vehicle walk-around videos and personalized intro videos
• Guide customers through the entire buying journey from first contact to delivery
• Follow a structured lead management process to maximize appointments and sales
• Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups in CRM
• Build trust and rapport through transparency, communication, and consistency
• Work closely with sales managers to structure deals and deliver exceptional experiences

Requirements:

• Experience in automotive, retail, or digital sales preferred
• Strong video communication skills (smartphone proficiency is enough)
• Ability to manage multiple leads and follow a structured cadence
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Valid drivers license
