Human Resources Coordinator
Our client, a growing and employee-focused manufacturer in Eldridge, IA is seeking a highly organized and service-oriented HR Coordinator to support the daily operations of Human Resources. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys creating exceptional employee experiences, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping processes organized, compliant, and running smoothly. As the HR Coordinator reporting to the HR Manager, you will serve as a key resource for employees, candidates, leadership, and visitors while managing many of the essential administrative and operational functions that support the employee lifecycle. This is a full-time, direct hire position that offers a competitive compensation and benefits package. Coordinate recruiting, interviews, onboarding, and new hire orientation activities
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS data with accuracy and confidentiality
Administer benefits, leave programs, and employee-related transactions
Serve as the first point of contact for employee, applicant, and visitor inquiries
Support HR operations through training coordination, reporting, meetings, and employee events
Maintain compliance records and assist with audits, reporting, and regulatory requirements
Assist with HR projects, process improvements, and departmental initiatives
Support employee engagement and employer branding through internal communications, social media, and career site updates
1+ years of human resources or HR administrative support experience
Associate degree in human resources or related field preferred
Basic understanding of human resources principles and practices
Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance
Familiarity with recruiting, onboarding, and employee recordkeeping processes preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to quickly learn HRIS platforms and business software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
$24.35 per hour
