Job Description Job Description Part-Time Family / Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP/PA) We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing primary care team. This part-time role offers flexibility, a supportive work environment, and the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. Possibility to transition to full time. Schedule & Compensation ~2–3 days per week (8-hour shifts) ~ Flexible scheduling with focused workdays ~ No weekends or on-call responsibilities ~ Hourly pay with potential transition to salary and possibility for transfer to full time ~ Performance-based pay increases ~ Annual production incentive Benefits Malpractice insurance coverage Paid Time Off (available after 6 months) CME allowance (available after 6 months) Clinic closed on major holidays Key Responsibilities ~ Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions ~ Provide care for patients ages 15 and older ~ Develop individualized treatment plans ~ Coordinate care with specialists as needed ~ Perform physical exams (sports, pre-employment, annual) ~ Review lab results and follow up with patients on abnormal findings ~  Qualifications Minimum 2 years of outpatient clinical experience Board-certified NP or PA Active Georgia license BLS certification HIPAA and Blood borne Pathogen certification Proficiency with EMR systems What Makes Our Practice Different A collaborative, friendly team environment A workplace that values your input and idea Our practice has a close-knit, community feel, allowing for meaningful connections with patients and coworkers
