This role is primarily a weekend position.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest services by greeting and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage events by coordinating logistics and ensuring all aspects run smoothly.
• Engage with children in various activities, ensuring their safety and enjoyment.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently in food service settings.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of events.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations throughout the day.
• Promote a welcoming environment that encourages guest interaction and satisfaction.
• Assist in various stations located throughout The Alley.

Skills

• Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is highly desirable.
• Strong public speaking skills to effectively communicate with groups of guests or participants.
• Experience working with children, particularly in recreational or educational settings.
• Familiarity with events management principles to assist in planning and executing successful events.
• Background in food service or cash handling to ensure efficient operations in the food truck.
• Knowledge of theater production processes can enhance guest experiences during performances.
