E3 Supply is a growing wholesale, business-to-business master distributor of locksmith supplies and other security-related goods. We are looking to hire a full time Warehouse Associate position for our Phoenix Warehouse. The Warehouse Associate position is responsible for ensuring that all production, order picking, shipping and receiving functions are completed accurately and on time.

Warehouse Associate - Picking, Production and Shipping - This position will be cross-trained to work in the the Picking, Production and Shipping Departments of our main warehouse. This staff member will focus on picking and producing product(s) for sales orders and to replenish stock. Previous Shipping Experience is a requirement for this position. The Warehouse Associate position will require long periods of time, sitting, walking and standing to keep up with sales demands.

Warehouse Associate General Core Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Responsible for understanding all processes in production, picking, pinning, item stocking, shipping/receiving operations to ensure quality fulfillment services
Prepare paperwork and assemble orders for shipment
Process daily orders from local warehouse for disbursement
Utilize web-based shipping interface to create labels for daily shipments
Assess shipping time frames for customers in a variety of locations to determine best method of delivery
Utilize proprietary shipping software to monitor and assist in the daily maintenance of order requests
Track and maintain adequate supply of all item codes
Ensure all product is restocked according to established procedures
Utilize prior work experience to help implement and refine existing processes
Prioritize departmental organization in order to expedite all production, order picking, shipping and receiving activities
Assist in cycle counting and physical inventory counts on a periodic basis
Engage with customers over the telephone or via e-mail to place and fulfill orders
Maintain steady and reliable communication with all customers in order to determine and satiate their needs
Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area; comply with all safety and quality policies
Job Requirements:

Basic math, reading, and communication skills
Must be able to read and understand written and verbal instructions (In English)
Must be able to meet production, picking, shipping and receiving minimums
Ability to pay attention to detail to ensure accuracy
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to lift/move up to 20-30 pounds solo and greater weights in a team-lift environment
Physical requirements include: lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, stretching, twisting, kneeling, and standing for long periods of time
Ability to read labels, packing slips and other common warehouse documents to ship product and fulfill orders
Prior warehouse production, picking, shipping and receiving experience
Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications used to pick, process, pack and ship orders using multiple browsers, tabs and applications
Effective communicator
Attentive to detail and works well under pressure
Reliable transportation is required
Regular and punctual attendance
Self-motivated and organized
Respectful and non-threatening treatment of others
