Shift Manager

Responsibilities Managers lead shifts each week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. As a Shift Manager, you will provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness. Your duties include planning shifts, monitoring performance, ensuring safety, security, and profitability, communicating with the incoming shift manager, meeting performance targets, and supporting department goals. Key Responsibilities Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
