Responsibilities

Establish and refine "signed off" quality instructions, standards and documentation. Ensure supplied product quality according requirements. Report against agreed quality metrics on a daily/monthly basis. Lead regular meetings with suppliers during serial production to define root cause and corrective actions for improving quality. Checking of documentation during project "hand over" to production. Collaborate with team to identify and implement process improvements. Ensure change management in serial life done in define manners according define procedure and responsibilities. Ensure customer satisfaction tough problem solving and communication. Tracking of supplier NCRs and reporting. Tracking on suppliers' performance. Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management.

Requirements

Strong communication abilities – able to effectively relay information to different people from direct colleagues to engineers and managers. The ability to work under pressure and motivate others to meet tight deadlines. Able to complete daily tasks with extreme attention to detail. Be able to follow verbal and/or written instructions (English). Sound technological understanding of RIMAC products. Basic understanding of product development methods and tools. Proficient in documentation standards and procedures. High problem solving capabilities. Profound understanding of relevant quality standards and norms, i.e. ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc. Excellent knowledge of English. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
