Customer Care & Order Management Specialist
TOPTICA Photonics, Inc.
TOPTICA Photonics Inc. in Rochester, NY, is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to own the full lifecycle of customer orders—from pre-order setup through fulfillment and post-sale communication.
