As Customer Marketing Manager, you'll build the engine behind OLarry's growth: turning new clients into loyal advocates, and advocates into our most powerful source of new business. You'll also establish OLarry's presence with wealth managers, RIAs, and other professional partners who serve as trusted advisors to the clients we support.

As Customer Marketing Manager, you'll own the full arc of the OLarry customer relationship after the sale: turning new clients into engaged customers, engaged customers into advocates, and advocates into a steady stream of qualified referrals. You'll also build and run our wealth manager and other professional partnership channels, and represent the voice of the customer to the product team. This role reports to the COO. OLarry only hires individuals based in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Own the referral flow for OLarry clients, with a primary focus on new clients, from first ask through to closed referral.
• Design and manage the onboarding journey that takes a client from new customer to engaged user to advocate, and build the mechanisms that turn advocates into referral sources.
• Build and manage a partnership program with wealth managers, RIAs, and other professional referral sources, including outreach, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management.
• Plan and run customer events (in person and virtual) that deepen engagement and generate referrals and partnership leads.
• Advise product and engineering on what needs to be built to support referral, onboarding, advocacy, and partnership workflows, translating customer and partner feedback into clear requirements.
• Manage cross-functionally with sales, product, and tax operations to get these workstreams executed on time.
• Report on and take accountability for the revenue generated through referrals and partnerships.
• Build the collateral needed to support these efforts, including partner one-pagers and pitch materials, referral and advocacy program assets, and event collateral, working with design as needed.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, referral/growth marketing, or partnerships, ideally in fintech, wealth management, or another regulated, high-trust industry.
• Track record of building or scaling a referral or customer advocacy program with measurable revenue impact.
• Experience managing external partner relationships (RIAs, wealth managers, brokers, or similar) from prospecting through ongoing account management.
• Comfortable owning a program end-to-end: strategy, execution, and reporting, without a large team underneath you.
• Strong cross-functional collaborator who can work effectively with product and engineering to influence the roadmap without owning it directly.
• Data-driven; comfortable defining and tracking metrics that tie directly to revenue, not just engagement.
• Experience planning and executing customer-facing events.
• Comfortable writing and building marketing collateral yourself (partner materials, one-pagers, event assets), rather than only briefing a designer or copywriter.
• A high level of EQ, personal drive, and professionalism that adheres to the OLarry Core Pillars.

Bonus if you've built or worked on:

• A formal client advocacy or reference program (case studies, testimonials, referral incentives).
• Channel partnerships with financial advisors, RIAs, attorneys, or other professional referral networks.
• Marketing or lifecycle programs for high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients.

Salary $160,000 - $180,000 per year
